Cancellations Policy
This Cancellations Policy applies to all orders placed with Midwest Metal Werks Co (“Seller”) unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation without penalty, provided production has not begun.
Cancellations After 24 Hours
Because all equipment is custom-built, cancellations requested after the 24-hour window may not be accepted. If cancellation is approved after this period, the Buyer may be responsible for costs incurred to date, including but not limited to engineering, materials, fabrication, and administrative expenses.
Custom & Made-to-Order Equipment
All commercial ovens, spray booths, parts, and kits are considered custom or made-to-order. Once production, material procurement, or fabrication has started, orders are non-cancelable.
How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official correspondence. The cancellation request timestamp will determine eligibility under the 24-hour cancellation period.
Refunds
Any approved refunds will be processed based on work completed and costs incurred at the time of cancellation. Refunds do not include non-recoverable expenses, third-party fees, or freight-related costs.
Seller Discretion
Midwest Metal Werks Co reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests outside the 24-hour window at its sole discretion.
